LIHU‘E — The vehicle belonging to a missing Koloa woman was discovered in Po‘ipu late Tuesday night, according to the Kaua‘i Police Department.
LIHU‘E — The vehicle belonging to a missing Koloa woman was discovered in Po‘ipu late Tuesday night, according to the Kaua‘i Police Department.
Jodielynn Taylor’s vehicle was discovered by a member of the public at approximately 11 p.m. on Oct. 12.
Taylor was last seen in security camera footage at the Big Save in Koloa the morning of Oct. 7. Taylor is known to fish the Po‘ipu coast and may have had her fishing poles with her when she disappeared.
The vehicle was taken to KPD headquarters for further inspection.
Taylor is described as a 54-year-old woman of Hawaiian and Caucasian descent. She stands 5 feet, 4 inches tall,130 pounds, with blue eyes and has brown hair she often wears in a ponytail. She can also be identified by tattoos on her abdomen and lower back which depict a flower and the word “Ku‘uipo,” respectively.
Taylor is also known to fish Shipwreck Beach and frequents Lihu‘e, Koloa, Waimea and Koke‘e state park. Anyone with information is urged to contact KPD Dispatch at 808-241-1711. Anonymous tips can also be left at the Crime Stoppers Kauai website at cskauai.org.

I am very glad that they found her car, at least that will give authorities an idea of what area (s) to for her look in.
KPD was also in the neighborhood where she lives and were able to talk to many of her neighbors, hopefully they got more info on where she may have gone, or likes to go,and maybe she does some freshwater fishing too?🤔
