‘OMA‘O — Chris Satterfield cranked the 12-Blackbelt Check course in just seconds over an hour to claim the A Class Hare & Hound race that was just part of the two-day Garden Island Motorcycle Club 8th Annual Boys Day races.
Held under wet and muddy conditions, enduro and Extreme enduro motorcycle riders battled through Hare & Hound, and Poker Run formats over two days at the Oma‘o motocross track.
“Wet conditions made it a challenging course,” said Bertram Almeida of the Garden Island Motorcycle Club. “We would like to thank Mayor Derek S.K. Kawakami, and the COVID task force for their guidance, the Knudsen Trust for the use of their land, and all of our valued sponsors and volunteers that made the event a success.”

Wow. This is a big event on Kaua’i. I’m not much into motor cross. Although I have been to several monster truck and motor cross events at Aloha Stadium. It cost me as much as $95 dollars per ticket for the good seats. The Yellow section go up that much. Big sport in Honolulu. Good to see many interested users here on the island. I was from the west side, so I doubt many of my classmates were into motor cross. But good job.
