Guatemala to swear in conservative Giammattei as president

GUATEMALA CITY — Guatemala swears in Alejandro Giammattei, a conservative physician opposed to gay marriage and abortion, as its new president Tuesday while the country’s outgoing leader exits amid swirling corruption accusations.
