Kauai Community College first-year culinary arts students Alexis Youn-Esona and Ericka Joy Corbillon are all ears as Chef Sheldon Simeon talks about cooking with locally-produced items.

Welcome back, Branch Harmony and Auhea (it’s a vizsla dog Branch got in New Zealand) to the Koloa Sunshine Market where those Koloa pineapple are out of season, and Glenna Ueunten just happened to have one remaining bag of lilikoi (it’s out of season, too). Branch got to watch that video team get footage of the local event where Kathryn Ledesma (she’s got jewelry at the Lawai Warehouse) was enjoying the fruits of the jackfruit seeds she got while at the beach.
