Mormon leader reaffirms church’s opposition to gay marriage

PROVO, Utah — The leader of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints reaffirmed Tuesday the religion’s opposition to gay marriage, saying God’s law dictates that marriage is restricted to unions between a man and a woman.
