LIHUE — The county Department of Public Works announced that both lanes of Haleko Road will be closed, from Pua Loke Street to Rice Street, from Tuesday, June 25, to Friday, June 28, for road construction, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., weather permitting.
Only motorists visiting businesses along Haleko Road will be allowed to enter the work zone. Flaggers will be positioned to assist motorists during these closures.
Make appropriate arrangements to accommodate the necessary road closures, use alternate routes, and allow for extra time to get to destinations.
