Katherine McNelly, 84, of Lihue, passed away on April 13, 2019, at her home. Born on July 1, 1934, on Kauai retired as a executive secretary
She is preceded in death by father Tsutao Sato; mother Misae Sato; brother Harold Sato; son Mark McNelly; sisters Elaine Rindal.
She is survived by her son David (Kelly) McNelly; daughters, Julie (David) Miyasaki, Shelley (Dwight) Lee, Karen (James) Tamaye, Charmain Sato; numerous grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, nieces and nephews.
Friend may visit with the family on May 24, 2019, at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel in Koloa from 5:30 p.m. and services will be celebrated at 6:30 p.m. Casual attire.

Tsuneko ‘Sue’ Ono
Tsuneko “Sue” Ono, 94, of Lihue, passed away on March 21, 2019. She was born on July 1, 1924, at Waimea.
She is preceded in death by husband Champ S. Ono; brothers, Robert Tamaribuchi, George Tamaribuchi, Kay Tamaribuchi.
She is survived by her son Mark (Darcy Attisani) Ono of Kapaa; daughters, Marianne (Robert) Susinetti of Lihue, Annabel (Kurtis) Saiki of Kaunakakai, Kathleen (David Foord) Ventimiglia of Monterey, CA,; grandchildren, Kristine (Juan) Cornejo, Kaleo Saiki, Katie-Ann (Jr.) Bumanglag, Kyle Saiki, Kellie (Michael) Ventimilia-Vicent, Stephen Ventimilia, Lee (Weezy) Iboshi, Ronn (Les) Iboshi, Lana Bilbo; 10 great-grandchildren; brother Kinney Tamaribuchi of Lihue; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of Sue’s life will be held on Saturday, May 4, 2019, at the Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe with visitation from 9:30 a.m., with services to begin at 10 a.m., her inurnment, followed by fellowship. Family suggests casual attire and request no koden.

Simeon Agustin Patricio
Simeon Agustin Patricio, of Kalaheo, passed away on March 18, 2019, at his home at the age of 94. He was born on Feb. 15, 1925, in Laoag, Ilocos Norte, Philippines. He was a retired truck driver for McBryde Sugar Plantation.
He is survived by his wife Martina Visitacion Patricio; daughters, Zosima (Ruben) Bisarra of Santa Clarita, California, Jennifer Patricio of Honolulu; grandson Ric Bisarra of Santa Clarita, California; granddaughters, Roxette Bisarra of Long Beach, California, Alanis Bisarra of Santa Clarita, California; brother Joel (Imnas) Patricio of the Philippines; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
He is preceded in death by his parents Aparicio and Dorotea Patricio; brothers, Rodolfo Patricio, Demision Patricio; sisters, Segunda Patricio, Angeles Patricio.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, May 11, 2019, at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo. Visitation will begin at 8:30 a.m. with Mass celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens. Casual Attire is suggested.

Geoffrey ‘Geoff’ Culverhouse
Geoffrey “Geoff” Culverhouse, long time manager for Ching Young Village Shopping Center in Hanalei passed away on March 28, 2019. He was born to Barbara and Kenneth Culverhouse in Bath, England on March 9, 1948. One brother, Antony predeceased him. Over the years he worked in several countries but after visiting Kauai in the 1980’s he made Kauai his home. He is survived by a niece, Michelle Culverhouse and her two children, Kealia and Antonia, who reside in England. He is also survived by Jennie Ching, his Kauai Hanai mom. He is also survived by good friends Dominic Baretto, Alan Stone, Danielle Candelaria, Michael Ching and their families.
Memorial Service will be held at the Waioli Church (Green Church) in Hanalei on May 11, 2019. Visitation from 9 to 10 a.m. Services to start at 10:05 a.m. Burial to follow. He was a kind and gentle man who was always there to lend a hand. He will be sorely missed by all whose lives have been touched by him.

Martin Vegas Toledo, 90, of Lawai, passed away on March 30, 2019, at Straub Hospital. He was born on Feb. 23, 1929, at his home in Kalaheo and was a retired machinist for Koloa Sugar Mill.
He is preceded in death by his wife Emily V. Toledo; brothers, Philip and Marcelino Toledo; sisters, Martha Rita, Victoria Androus; granddaughter Jamie Toledo
He is survived by and his sons, Anthony M. Toledo, Dennis Toledo of Lawai, James (Michelle) Toledo of Omao; daughters, Barbara J. Toledo of Makiki, Oahu, Cecilia (Eric) Edrada of Kunia, Oahu; 6 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 4 great-great grandchildren; sister Mary Vales of Omao; brother Jon Cruz of Florida; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, May 3, 2019, at St. Raphael Church in Koloa from 9 to 9:45 a.m. where Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. There will be burial to follow at St. Raphael Church Cemetery. Family suggest casual attire.

Federico Acoba, Jr. of Kekaha, passed away on April 21, 2019, at his home in Keisha, Kauai. Born on March 9, 1937, in Waimea, he was a truck and tractor mechanic.

Carol Ann Davis
Carol Ann passed away on March 29, 2019, long before she was ready. She will be missed! Mostly, by her lifelong friend Norman Brand who has shared these past nine years with her laughing, traveling, dancing, adventuring and enjoying every moment of life with her.
Carol Ann is survived by her partner Norman Brand; first husband Roger Legoullon; son Norman Legoullon; children, Michael (Gina), Chelsea, and Jonathan; daughter Michele Speegle (Calvin-deceased); children, Blayne (Destiny), Shaun (Mary), and Kristopher (Paulla); son David Legoullon (Shells); children, Bret, Ryan (Layne), Tyler, and Brendan; brother Richard Davis (Sue-deceased), Carol Ann will be fondly remembered by her great grandchildren, Traelyn, Sophia, Blaise, Alia, Shaun Jr., Kristopher-Calvin, David, Payton, James, and Penny.
