Will you build walls and fences around beaches now? for safety of course…
this averages out to one drowning per week since the year began on Kauai. What the heck is going on. Why have we all of a sudden set a record for drownings?
Alcohol?
We visited for the first time in February. We are accustomed to the beaches in Florida and were not prepared for the rocks, cliffs and waves that your beaches offer. We left with a new respect for the ocean and your island.
People on vacation tend to either leave their brains at home or seriously underestimate their abilities.
We really need to get a 7 min video educating the tourists on their flight to Kauai that this is not Disneyland. This is not go do all the things you haven’t kept fit for.. and be safe in the water. Keep the floaters off the kids teach them to crawl on the ground to shore if they get in the waves.. Safety safety and be Safe!
Is Alcohol involved?
