Should Kuhio Highway be reopened to the general public on the North Shore?

A. Absolutely. Everyone should be able to drive there. It can’t be a place open only to certain people.
B. Never again. This beautiful area is being ruined by overtourism. Only locals should be allowed there to protect it.
C. Only when a final plan spelling out rules and regulations is approved by North Shore residents.
