Valentine Lionel ‘Kolo’Adric III
Valentine Lionel “Kolo” Adric III, 47, passed away on March 1, 2019. He was born on Oahu on Feb. 13, 1972, and worked in construction.
He was preceded in death by his father, Valentine L. Adric Jr.
He is survived by mother Blossom Maile Adric, daughters Kahelelani Maka-Adric, Naia Maka-Adric, Kauihane Maka-Adric, Leina‘ala Maka-Adric and Kilakila Maka-Adric, siblings Valerie “Kaleio” (Jonathan “Beaver”) Caminos, Ellen (William “Billy”) Ho‘oikaika, Elvin (Kealoha) Adric and Alika (Jaylene “Pi‘i”) Adric, hanai brother Kawika “Chooch” Kahaunaele, and numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 13, at Anahola Beach beginning at 11 a.m. Scattering of ashes will be at a later date.

Eugene Henriques
Eugene Henriques, 91, of Kapaa, passed away on March 31, 2019.
Born on March 15, 1928 in Hawaii, he was a retired teacher and athletic director, and served in the U.S. Army.
He was preceded in death by wife Helen R Henriques, and children James Henriques and Eugene Henriques Jr.
He is survived by sons Manuel S. (Samantha) Henriques of Kapaa and William G. Henriques of Kapaa, daughters Cheryl A. (James) Kirby of Minnesota, Mary L. Henriques of Kapaa, Ann Henriques of Kapaa, numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, brothers Laurence (Maxine) Henriques of Washington and David (Emily) Henrques of California.
Friends may visit with the family on Wednesday, April 10, at St Catherine Church in Kapaa from 9:30 a.m., where Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Burial will follow at St. Catherine Church Cemetery.
The family suggests aloha attire.

William Fred Roberts
William Fred Roberts, 93, of Kalaheo, passed away peacefully at home on March 10, 2019. He was born in Long Beach, California, on Aug. 13, 1925, and was a retired engineer geologist with the U.S. Geological Survey.
He was preceded in death by parents Charleston Roberts and Gertrude Bates, and wife Carolyn Nadine Roberts.
He is survived by sons Terry (Debbie) Roberts of Texas and Devlin Roberts of Kalaheo, daughters Monica (Keith) Kunioka of Wailua, Wendy (Greg) Henderson of Colorado and Dina (Leslie Sr.) Planas of Kapaa, 11 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
Private servies will be held.

Donna Ann Lopez
Donna Ann Lopez, born Ellamar, of Kekaha, died March 17, 2019, at Straub Hospital on Oahu.
Born Dec. 29, 1949 on Kauai, she was in the food industry.
She is survived by son Matthew C. Lopes of Kauai, brothers Richard R. Clarose of Colorado, Gerald Ellamar of Kauai, Frederic Ellamar of the Big Island and Ronald Ellamar of Kauai, sisters Gloria Robar of Maryland, Linda Murray of North Carolina, Lovina Steinlage of Kansas and Anita Mankofua of California, four grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Funeral services will be private.
Michael Richard ‘Shook’ Luellen
Michael Richard “Shook” Luellen, 66, of Moloaa, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on March 26, 2019. He was born in Indiana on Jan. 23, 1953, and was the proprietor of Kauai Water Well.
He is survived by children Pypyr Lluellen, Amberose Lluellen, Ivyr (Vanessa) Lluellen, Mayzy Lluellen, Cherish Lluellen and Elijah (Sally) Lluellen, companion Christel Janssen, grandchildren Kalon, Cove, Makena, Kingston and Rose, sisters Edie (Jim) Brouhard and Greta (Frank) Luellen, brother Mark Luellen, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 4, at his home at 3600 Moloaa Road beginning at noon.
