Dana Valeriano “Kumu Hula Kaua‘i‘iki” Olores, 56, of Kekaha, left this world on Tuesday, Jan. 15, 2019.
He is survived by parents Evelyn “Aunty Kanae” Yadao and Valeriano “Uncle Yano” Olores, sisters Valerie Santiago, Janet “Kaeo” Bradford and Evelyn “Pake” Riley, brothers Jonathan, Marvin, Jason and Gordon, many nieces, nephews, along with numerous hanai sons and daughters.
A celebration of life service will held at the Kekaha Neighborhood Center at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 6.
The family suggests aloha attire.

Yukie-Lynn Nalani DeSilva
Yukie-Lynn Nalani DeSilva of Kapaa passed away at Queen’s Medical Center on Jan. 26, 2019, at the age of 48. Born on Dec. 7, 1970, she was an advertising sales assistant for The Garden Island newspaper and an active CrossFitter at Kauai CrossFit.
She was preceded in death by father Yukio Higashi, brothers-in-law Alan and Shannon DeSilva, and sister-in-law Lynette Meatoga.
She is survived by husband of 29 years Kevin DeSilva, daughter Moana (Chris) Baltazar, son Dustyn (Michaela Manago) DeSilva, hanai son Kalani Kahaunaele, mother Olinda Higashi, sisters Maile (Jonah) Cummings and Anolani (Kelo Rivera) Higashi, brothers Gordon (Danice) Higashi, Alvin (Deborah) Higashi, Dean (Mel) Higashi, Blaine Kaneholani and Kenny (Kana Kaohi) Meatoga, in-laws Wayne and Rita DeSilva, brother-in-law Travis (Lisa) DeSilva, and grandchildren Cijay, Cyris, Christyn and Chloey Baltazar.
A celebration of life will be Saturday, March 9, at Anahola Beach Park, with visitation at 10 a.m. and services to follow.
Travis Kahokulani Isobe
Travis Kahokulani Isobe, 28, of Kilauea, passed away on Feb. 2, 2019, at Wilcox Medical Center.
Born on March 4, 1990 in Hawaii, he was in the U.S. Marines.
He was preceded in death by father Carl Malani Bilyeu, who raised him as a child.
He is survived by mother Crystallyn Bilyeu, father Alvin (Lynn) Isobe, brothers James, Joel, Jonathan, Jeremiah and Isaac Bilyeu, Dion Fernandez and Kunani Isobe, sisters D. Leina‘ala Hatori and Sarah Bilyeu, and numerous unlces, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, March 16, at Kauai Veterans Center in Lihue from 10 a.m. to noon. The family suggests casual attire and requests that flowers be omitted.
He will be laid to rest at the Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery on Tuesday, March 19, at 11 a.m.

Deborah Gail Perreira
Deborah Gail Perreira, 66, of Lihue, passed away on Feb. 21, 2019 at Wilcox Medical Center.
Born on Oct. 27, 1952, in Dallas, she was a retired return agent for Avis/Budget Group, and also loved and cared for her stepfather Basillo Manguchei.
She was preceded in death by husband Wayne “Rocky” Perreira, parents Richard Henderson and Bonnie Manguchei, and brother Billy Joe Miller.
She is survived by sons Duane Kimo Perreira of Lihue, Wayne Maurice Gonsalves Perreira Jr. of Lihue, daughter Bonnie (Aaron) Howard of Kekaha, six grandchildren, brothers Clifford Lee Bauerle of Texas, Richard (Cheri) Henderson of Kaumakani and Robert Henderson of Louisiana, sister Linda Hilton of California, and numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.

Lenson William Coyamin Perez
Lenson William Coyamin Perez, 31, of Poipu, passed away on March 1, 2019. He was born on Apr. 8, 1987 in Lihue.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandparents Julio Cruz Perez and Sophia Gonsalves (Joseph) Akita.
He is survived by mother Rebecca “Becky” (Ricky Imada) Coyamin, father Leonard, stepmother Edwina Perez, sister, Leona (Les Tumpap) Perez, maternal grandparents Ross Coyamin and Frances (Donald) Rapozo, numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends.
Visitation with the family will be on Saturday, April 13, from 8:30 a.m., with Mass celebrated 10 a.m., at St. Raphael Church in Koloa.

Hope Grace Kumie Simao, 10, of Kalaheo, passed away at her home in Kalaheo on Feb. 22, 2019.
She was born on March 17, 2008, in Punahou, Oahu.
She was preceded in death by great-grandparents Manuel (Kumie) Simao, Mary Duque, Thomas Tokioka and Gilbert (Dorothy) Barretto.
She is survived by father Jonathan Barretto, mother Darrellyne (Jason Keahi) Caldeira Jr., brothers Micah Barretto of Kapaa and Noah Simao of Kalaheo, sister Jordan Simao of Kalaheo, grandparents Darrel (Diana) Simao, Donna (John) Takiguchi and Patrick (Jenniffer) Barretto, great-grandparent Grace Tokioka, and numerous uncles, aunts and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, April 13, at Holy Cross Church in Kalaheo from 8:30 to 9:45 a.m., where Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m.
