Paul Moki Manoi
Paul Moki Manoi, 81 years old, of Waimea, Kauai, passed away on Nov. 17, 2018, in Waimea, Kauai. Born on June 8, 1937, in Wihiawa, Hawaii, he was a retired Sergeant Detective and was in the U.S. Air Force.
He is preceded in death by his father, Moses Manoi, Jr. and his mother, Mabel Rittmeister.
He is survived by his life time companion, Diane Monoi of Waimea; son, Ryan Manoi of Waimea; daughters, Rochelle Manoi of Lihue, Char MaCabe of Kekaha, Cherrie (Kaluna) Manoi of Waimea, Uilani Manoi of Lihue, Hi’ilei Manoi of Wailua; grandchildren, Kaimana, Kaulana, Shana, Keola, Joslin, Kahalewai, Nahe, Pono, Ioane, Iliana, Mehana, Ulalena, Lokela; great-grandchildren, Kaisen, DJ, Matai, Kingsley-Elijah, Kairie, Liam; sister, Angeline (Ray) Keeney of California; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, Nov. 30 2018, at Church of Jesus of Latter Day Saints Kekaha ward from 9 o 10:45 a.m. where services will be celebrated at 11 a.m. There will be a burial to follow at Kauai Veterans cemetery in Hanapepe and a luncheon to follow back at the church culture hall. Family suggests casual attire.
Garden Island Mortuary assisted the family the arraignments.
