The Uncharted Waters Sports Ministry returns to hold two sports camps starting June 18 through 22.
The Uncharted Waters Sports Ministry returns to hold two sports camps starting June 18 through 22.
“Uncharted Waters Sports Ministry has been coming to Kauai for several years, now,” said Verna Schoffstall. “It has been very popular with the young people. This year’s camps are being hosted by the Eleele Baptist Church and the Crossroads Christian Fellowship.”
The first camp will be held at Eleele Park from 9 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. and will be offering camps in soccer, basketball, cheerleading and Ultimate Frisbee.
The second camp will be presented at the Wailua Houselots Park from 2:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m.
Children between the ages of 6 through 12 are welcome to attend. Cost for the camp is $40 per child and scholarships are available.
