KAPAA — Kauai Island Singers Showcase will present Latin and the blues concert 7 p.m. Saturday at All Saints Church gym, 1065 Kuhio Highway.
The line up of songs ranges from raucous, soulful and boogie-woogie blues to cool bossa novas, sizzling sambas, marvelous mambos, and much more!
The concertn will feature vocalists: Lee Miller, Mary Ellen Kopitzke, Dhyana Dunville, Melissa Mojo, Siri Shabad, Diana Leone and newcomers Augusto Leal, Phil Zeidner and Susan Higgins.
Musicians include Hank Curtis on piano, Roger Jacobs on bass, Marty Leonard on drums and Laine Griffith on sax and flute.
Guests are invited to dance, too, at the free event.
