Dr. Kelly Robb was thrilled that Janice Bond was going to teach her and others how to make some of the fancy lei (she made the lei for the Lihue Business Association special guest speakers) at the Specific Chiropractic Center…comes right in time for graduation and Mother’s Day, too!

It’s a busy weekend because Theresa Koki said they’ll be doing Sticker Shock anti-alcohol awareness events this evening from Kapaa through Waimea. That event bangs with Stacie Chiba-Miguel doing the Flavors of Kukui‘ula event to benefit the annual Visitor Industry Charity Walk (it’s coming up May 12!).
And don’t forget, Patti Ornellas is doing the American Cancer Society Relay For Life aturday evening when the Survivors Walk starts at 6 p.m. at the Hanapepe soccer fields located next to Hanapepe Stadium, and Maile Lewis and Grant James of the Aqua Kauai Beach Resort are hosting a pancake breakfast Saturday from 7 a.m. to benefit the charity walk.
OK, ‘nuff said…it’s time to go visit the KQNG Professional Administrative Assistants Day at the Kauai Marriott Resort &Beach Club (that’ll be the site for the annual Kauai Museum May Day is Lei Day event Tuesday too!).
Happy Tamanaha will be hosting the Keiki Kauai Museum Lei Day contest Saturday until 11 a.m. at the Kauai Museum.
