Mayor speech on Thursday - The Garden Island

LIHUE — The public is invited to attend the State of the County address by Mayor Bernard P. Carvalho Jr. on Thursday.

The event will be held at 8:30 a.m. at the Lihue Civic Center, Mo‘ikeha Courtyard.

During the presentation, the mayor will provide an overview of his fiscal year 2018-2019 budget submittal.

Its a waste of your time, he’s on his way out of any mayoral race because of term limits and looking for a governorship position, that he has not chance of winning. A loser from the beginning to the end.
