Abigail Mary Ann Natto Stewart
Abigail Mary Ann Natto Stewart of Waipahu passed away peacefully on Jan. 23, 2018, at the age of 95. She was born on April 6, 1922, in Honolulu.
She was preceded in death by husband William Walker Stewart Sr., who was the Kauai district manager for The Honolulu Advertiser, parents Paulino Natto and Judith Kahele Cobb, granddaughter Darrilyn Morishige, five sisters, three brothers, and four sons-in-law.
She is survived by daughters Carylee Gifford of Anahola, Chippy Morishige of Hanalei, Wendy Meyer of Tallahassee, Florida, Aggie (Butch) Ferreira of Waipahu and Suzy (Alan) Tasaka of Hanalei, son William (Shawnette) Stewart Jr. of Waianae, and hanai son Kaipo Waiwaiole of Lihue. She is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, and seven great-great-grandchildren, sister Pauline Kilohana Palencia of Hilo, and brother Whitney Teeny Natto of Honolulu.
Family and friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Feb 24, at Waipa (Ke Ano Lani Hale), from 10 a.m., with services at 11 a.m. Casual attire. Final inurnment will be at Hawaiian Memorial Park in Kaneohe at a later date.
