PRINCEVILLE — North Shore artists will be sharing drawings, paintings, ceramics and sculptures never before exhibited on Kauai during the 9th annual Princeville Community Fine Arts Exhibit that opens tonight
“This is a group show, which we have been doing for nine years, sponsored by the Princeville Community Center,” said Anne Schneider, who will be displaying her artwork. “Last year we attracted the North Shore’s premier artists.”
The show has no prizes, entry fees or judging. Last year, 33 artists participated and showed 54 pieces.
Returning artists who will be displaying their work include Roberta Halliburton, Luane McGowan, Michelle Amendola and Mary Lou Harchis.
The exhibit is open to artists older than 18 who live between Kilauea to Ke’e Beach.
Exhibit Gala Opening Night takes place from 4 to 7 tonight and the Fine Arts Exhibit continues Saturday and Sunday from 1 to 4 p.m. at the Princeville Community Center.
It is free and the public is welcome.
