PRINCETON, N.J. (AP) — Chad Kanoff passed for 313 yards with four touchdowns and Princeton defeated Georgetown 50-30 on Saturday.
Kanoff completed 25 of 29 pass attempts and was sacked once. Jesper Horsted had nine catches for 112 yards and a score, while Graham Adomitis hauled in two short touchdown catches.
Princeton (3-1) trailed 10-0 early as Georgetown (1-4) used a 12-play, 75-yard drive off the opening kickoff to take a 7-0 lead on Alex Valles’ 4-yard touchdown run. Brad Hurst added a 36-yard field goal on the next possession.
The Tigers stormed back. Kanoff hit Horsted for a 13-yard scoring pass, and then recorded a safety. Princeton took the next drive 53 yards on four plays, culminating in Charlie Volker’s 1-yard plunge to make it 17-10.
Princeton scored three more touchdowns in the second quarter, including CJ Wall’s 38-yard interception return for a score.
