Richard “Ricky” You Fu Farm of Lawai died Jan. 13,2000, at his home at the age of 60. A retired Senior Master Sergeant with the U.S. Air National Guard, he was born Sept. 6, 1939, in O’ahu.
He is survived by three brothers: Edward Y.C. (Cynthia K.J.) Farm of Ewa Beach, O’ahu, Norman Y.L. (Suzan) Farm of Anaheim, Calif., Albert Y.F. (Elaine) Farm of Aiea; five sisters: Eleanor F. (Harry) Luke of Pearl City, O’ahu, Pauline F. (Francis) Martinez of Mililani, Evelyn Y.G. (Wayne) Chun of Pearl City, Barbara F. (Victoriano) Osurman, Jr. of Kailua and Helen M.Y.Y. (Richard) Tomiyasu of Honolulu; many n ieces, nephews, grand nieces, and grand nephews.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 22, at Borthwick Kaua’i Mortuary Chapel in Koloa from 10 a.m. where services will be conducted at 11:30 a.m. Visitation is again scheduled for Monday, Jan. 24, at Honolulu Borthwick Mortuary at the Mauka Chapel from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Inurnment will be on Tuesday, Jan. 25, at the National Memorial Cemetery of the Pacific at Punchbowl on O’ahu at 10:30 a.m. Casual attire is suggested.

Ida Kimokeo
Ida Napua Kimokeo of Anahola died Jan. 17, 2000, at Queens Medical Center on O’ahu at the age of 83. Born on Nov. 24, 1916, in Kawa’aloa, Kona, Hawai’i Island, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by her husband James “Jimmy” Kimokeo of Anahola; one daughter: Ululani Kealoha of Kaua’i; one son: Kimo (Deborah) Kimokeo, of California; three sisters: Adeline Byrd, of Missippippi, Martha Kaneao, of O’ahu, and Maryanne Lerma of Honomu; one brother: Sonny Moses, of O’ahu, and nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends and family may call on Sunday, Jan. 23, at Borthwick Kaua’i Mortuary Chapel in Koloa, from 6-9 p.m., with services at 8 p.m., and again on Monday, Jan. 24, at Kalaheo Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, from 9-10:45 a.m., with services at 11 a.m. Burial will follow at Kaua’i Veterans Cemetery. Casual or aloha attire is suggested. Donations may be made to The American Cancer Society.
