Nagata, Jr. of O’ahu; two brothers: Wayne (Eloise) Nagata of O’ahu and Kurt
Nagata of Hanama’ulu; one sister: Carol (Bill) Peters of California; numerous
nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitaiton has been scheduled for Tuesday,
June 13, at Borthwick/Kaua’i Mortuary Chapel from 3 p.m. where services will be
conducted at 5 p.m.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are being
handled by Borthwick/Kaua’i Mortuary.

of Kalaheo, Kaua’i, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on June 6, 2000, at the
age of 76. Born in Koloa, Kaua’i on July 28, 1923, she is survived by: one
son: Gregory Aguiar of ‘Ele’ele, Kaua’i; two daughters: Esther (Peter) Silva of
Lihu’e, Kaua’i and Joyce (Clarence) Souza of Kalaheo, Kaua’i; eight
grandchildren; two brothers: Daniel (Mary) Simao and Bernard (Mary Jane) Simao,
both of Kalaheo, Kaua’i; five sisters: Margaret (Fred) Reis of Lawa’i, Kaua’i,
Marian Baptiste, Beatrice Silva, and Dorothy (Daniel) Costa, all of Kalaheo;
and Bernice (Edwin) Pereira of Lihu’e, Kaua’i; numerous nieces, nephews and
cousins.
Friends may visit with the family at 9 a.m. on Wednesday, June
14, at the Sacred Heart Catholic Church-‘Ele’ele; service officiated by Father
Keahi will begin at 11 a.m. followed by burial at the Kauai Veterans Cemetery
in Hanapepe. Casual attire is suggested.
