He is
survived by two daughters: Ashley Ragsac and Stanna Ragsac, both of Las Vegas,
Nev.; two sons: Chyson Ragsac of Las Vegas, Nev., and Chaston Ragsac, of
Wailua; his companion: Tialyn Keawe of Wailua; parents: Primo and Anita Ragsac
, Sr. of Wailua; three sisters: Editha Ramos of Wailua and Elizabeth Abalos of
Las Vegas, and Bernadette (Abraham) Torres of Wailua; two brothers: Primo
(Donna) Ragsac of Lihu’e and Orlando (Amy Slezak) Ragsac of Wailua; numerous
nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, and friends.
Visitation is scheduled for
Thursday, Sept. 7, at Borthwick/Kaua’i Mortuary Chapel from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
Visitation is again scheduled for Friday, Sept. 8, at the Kapa’a Missionary
Church from 8:30 a.m. where services will be celebrated at 9:30 p.m. Burial to
follow at the Kaua’i Memorial Gardens in Lihu’e.
Aloha attire is suggested.

Lomosad
Severina Arcones Lomosad of Hanapepe died Aug. 30, 2000, at Hale
Omao Nursing Home at the age of 96.
A homemaker, she was born Aug. 17,
1905, in Leyte, Philippines.
She is survived by five sons; Hilario Lomosad,
Vince Lomosad, and Pete Lomosad, all of California, Manuel Lomosad and
Alejandro Lomosad, both of Hanapepe; four daughters: Gardencia Ambolong,
Mercides Sanders, and Julia Lomosad, all of California, and Leonora Towsend of
Las Vegas, Nev.; numerous grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation is
scheduled for Friday, Sept. 8, at the ‘Ele’ele Sacred Heart Church from 2 p.m.
to 2:45 p.m. where services will be celebrated at 3 p.m. Burial to follow at
Hanapepe Filipino Cemetery.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are
being handled by Borthwick/Kaua’i Mortuary.
Patrick Trevor
Patrick
Tyrrell Trevor of Molina and Naples, Fla., and formerly of Kaua’i, died Aug.
27, 2000, at home in Moline, at the age of 50.
Born June 28, 1950, in
Davenport, he was co-owner of Trevor True Value Hardware from 1960 to 1984 and
purchased Hanalei True Value in Princeville, Kaua’i. The business was sold in
1988 and he and his family returned to the Quad-Cities, where he was employed
by TruServ Corporation as a retail development consultant.
He was a past
member of Uptown Merchants, North Shore Lions Club of Kaua’i and Princeville
Merchants Association.
He is survived by his wife, Patricia; sons, Patrick
Christopher of Napersville, Ill., and Michael Thomas of Davenport; parents,
Jack and Verna Trevor, Moline; brothers, Butch Trevor and Jessey Hullon, both
of Moline; four nieces, one nephew; three godchildren; several close friends
and his godmother, Patricia Sundine Edwards of Naples.
Arrangements were

Lois J. Hamblin
Lois J. Hamblin of
Santa Rosa, Calif., and formerly of Kaua’i, died Aug. 23, 2000, in the
Northcoast Fulton Road Rehabilitation facility, after a lengthy
illness.
She is survived by her husband of 54 years, Dr. Robert J. Hamblin
of Santa Rosa, three sons, Jonathan of Honolulu, Stephen of Littleton, Colo.,
and Peter of New York City; her sister, Janice Flood of Ohio; three
grandchildren, Jennifer, Christopher and Hayley. A resident of Oakmont for the
past 10 years, she and her husband moved to Santa Rosa after his retirement
from a surgical practice in Hawai’i. They first spent two years at the Hospital
Albert Schweitzer in Haiti, then after a few years in California moved to
Kaua’i in 1968.
At her request, there will be no funeral service, and her
ashes will be scattered at a future time when the family can be together. For
those who wish to make contributions in her memory, the family asks that they
be made to The Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital Foundation, for the Palliative Care
Center, 1111 Sonoma Avenue, Ste. 302, Santa Rosa, Calif.
