Three McDonald’s restaurants on Kaua’i are the test market for a new chicken meal.
McCrispy Extra-Value Meals are on the menu at the eateries in Lihu’e, ‘Ele’ele and Waipouli. Unlike Chicken McNuggets and chicken sandwiches, the new two and three-piece McCrispy meals will feature breasts, things, wings and drumsticks, said B.J. Uegawa, operations manager for McDonald’s of Hawai’i.
The 86 McDonald’s restaurants in Hawai’i, Guam and Saipan are among more than 27,000 worldwide.
Boys and Girls Clubs host youth retreat
Boys and Girls Clubs of Kaua’i and Hawai’i will host a youth retreat Feb. 2-4 at the Koke’e CCC Camp.
The three-day event will begin at 4 p.m. the first day and conclude at 6:30 p.m. the final day.
