The Kaua’i Interscholastic Federation golf seson opened last Saturday, March 10, at the Mokihana Golf Course.
Kaua’i High School swept the matches, winning the boys competition comfortably over second-place Kapa’a and third-place Waimea. The Red Raiders also dominated girls’ action. There really was no challenge.
The boys’ scores are compiled by counting the top four out of five competing golfers. For the girls, the top three of four golfers are counted.
The next KIF golf match is scheduled for Saturday morning at 11 a.m. at Princeville Makai Golf Course.
