Tonight there will be four boys from Kauai competing in the Hawaii state football playoffs.

These boys represent the St. Louis Crusaders and are the 2001 ILH Football champs.

Senior Kawai Curnan #43 defensive linebacker, son of Martin and Corine Curnan of Keapana; Senior Troy Esera, # 64, offensive guard, son of Tui and Wendy Esera of Kapaa; sophomore Bronson Carvalho, #66, offensive guard, son of Bernard Jr. and Regina Carvalho of Kapaa; and sophomore Makana Mardonada # 79 Offensive tackle, son of Steven and Janice Mardonada of Kapaa.

The two seniors are in the starting line-ups.
