Group benefit rates are even lower, said Mel Rapozo, the “M” in M&P.
The plan offers unlimited toll-free telephone communications with an attorney, comprehensive will preparation, collection assistance, help with consumer problems, moving traffic ticket representation for all those covered by the plan (including teenagers), Internal Revenue Service audit legal assistance, legal documents and contract review, personal or business representation, personal injury assistance, trial defense services in criminal and civil cases, and the drafting of letters and making of telephone calls on your behalf.
The service also offers help with divorce and child custody issues, landlord and tenant issues, civil lawsuits, family matters, real estate transactions and probate matters, bankruptcy proceedings, and much more.
