Teri Falque and Alison Habermann have been recognized as Poipu Bay Golf Course employees of the quarter for the first quarter of 2002.
The quarterly employee awards are based on nominations made by department supervisors, commending employees in the areas of attendance, conscientiousness, attitude, efficiency, innovation, guest service, and aloha spirit.
Falque and Habermann both work in the accounting department, with Falque serving as golf course accountant, and Habermann holding the position of payroll clerk.
“Alison and Teri provide immense support and assistance for all departments, and are valuable assets to the company,” said C.J. Rebb, course superintendent. “Both can always be relied upon to provide extra effort when asked to help with company-related events,” he said.
“They have responded to the increased workload in a positive way, and their ability to make the most of what is available is commendable,” Rebb continued.
Falque and Habermann received a variety of gifts as part of their award, and they are recognized on a plaque that is displayed at the golf course clubhouse.
