Shannon Sibayan will instead represent Kauai at the Orchards Golf Club in Washington, Michigan, July 15 through July 20, after shooting a 70-72 for a 2-under 142 total.
Clesson Pang, who shot 73-72, 145 total, has made it as the first alternate, followed by Pat Viernes (71-76-147) and Steve Pleas (74-75 – 149).
