The 20th Annual Keiki Fun Run will take place Jan. 18 at 8 a.m. on the Kilohana Grounds.
The Fun Run, which in its two decades in running has provided an active and fun environment for the children of Kaua’i, consists of a one-mile (ages 1-10) and two-mile (ages 11-16) run, each on grass and supervised along the route for maximum safety. Adults can accompany young children in the race.
Race t-shirts will be given to runners along with refreshments and first and second place ribbons for all age groups. All runners receive a sports prize and will be entered in a drawing for two bicycles. Call the YMCA at 246-9090 for entry forms. Register early at 7:30 a.m. at Kilohana.
