Kayla Noelani Manibog Itamura of Kalaheo, Kaua’i, died in Honolulu, on Mar. 10, 2003 at the age of 2 days old. Born in Lihu’e on Mar. 8, 2003.
She is survived by her parents, Cheryl Manibog and Galen Itamura of Kalaheo; paternal-grandparents, Glenn and Barbara Itamura of Lihu’e; maternal-grandparents, Rudy and Agnes Manibog of Hanama’ulu; paternal great-grandparents, Raymond and Marie Itamura of Kalaheo, Soei Oshiro of Hanama’ulu, Eileen Costa Brum of Lihu’e; four uncles, Garen Itamura of Kalaheo, Arnold (LaRhonda) Manibog of Hanama’ulu and Lloyd Manibog of Hanama’ulu, Jon (Sally) Manibog of California; aunty, Brandy Itamura of Kalaheo; two cousins, Makana Manibog and Kainalu Itamura.
Friends may visit with the family on Saturday, Mar. 22, at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary from 1-3 p.m. where services will begin at 3 p.m. Casual attire is suggested.

Yoshio Kinoshita
Yoshio Kinoshita of Lihu’e, died at Wilcox Memorial Hospital on Mar. 12, 2003 at the age of 70.
Born in Hule’ia on Aug. 29, 1932, he was a retired Park Caretaker with the State of Hawaii Parks and Recreation.
He is Preceded in death by Brothers: Isoo Kinoshita of CA, Suezo Kinoshita of Kaua’i, and Sister Harue Nahinu of the Big Island. He is survived by wife, Angela of Hanama’ulu; brother, Kiyoto (Eunice) Kinoshita of Lihu’e; six sisters, Matsue Anama of Honolulu, Sunao Pescador of Kapa’a, Misao Ringor of Lihu’e, Tomie (Alika) Kelekoma of Puhi, Fujiko Yamamoto of Hanama’ulu and Katherine Oyama of ‘Ele’ele; numerous uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family at 9 a.m. on Saturday, Mar. 22, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel; service officiated by Rev. Yukiko Motoyoshi will begin at 10 a.m. followed by burial at Kauai Veterans Cemetery. Casual attire is suggested.

Pauline Padilla
Pauline Ferrer Padilla of Hanapepe, Kaua’i died at Dagupan City, Pangasinan, PI on March 8 at the age of 71.
Born in Tayug, Pangasinan on December 6, 1931, she was a retired Laundry Supervisor with Waiohai/Poipu Beach Resort and was currently employed by Roberts Hawaii as a Handy Van Aide, and a Senior Companion with the State of Hawaii, Kauai Adult & Community Services Unit.
She is survived by two sons, Eustaquio Jr. (Noreen) Padilla of Honolulu and Joseph (Vivian) Padilla of Mililani; four daughters, Aida (Frank Sr.) Cruz of Koloa, Gloria (Raymond) Ramirez of Ewa Beach, Grace (Geno Fernandez) Padilla of Hanapepe and Becky (Robert) Komaki of Hanama’ulu; seven grandchildren; brother, Alex (Irene) Ferrer; two sisters, Melicia DeGuzman of Tayug, Pangasinan, PI and Clarita Ferrer of San Mateo, CA.; hanai son, Gil (Raelani) Aguilar of Makaweli; hanai daughters, Lil Henricksen of Kekaha and Yvette Cadawas of Hanama’ulu; grandchildren: Frank Cruz Jr., Crystal Cruz, Ariel Cruz, Paige Padilla, Shane Trinidad, Lauren Padilla, Joshua Padilla; hanai grandchildren: Kiana Aguilar, Kirra Aguilar, Thais Henricksen, Talon Abat, Christian Cadawas Tanicala, Cierra Tanicala; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Friends may visit with the family from 5 – 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 23, at the Garden Island Mortuary Chapel with services officiated by Pastor James Brooking. Visitation also at 9 a.m. on Mon.
