Letter carriers across Kaua’i are picking up donations of food today as they make their rounds.
The collection is part of the national Help Stamp Out Hunger drive being undertaken by the National Association of Letter Carriers.
Non-perishable foods are being left in bags by mailboxes for pick-up.
Campbells Soups and the U.S. Post Office are co-sponsors of the food drive.
The food will go to needy families in the local community.
