KILAUEA — Southside’s under 17 boys team took a 43-40 win over Northshore in community basketball action played in Kilauea on Saturday.
Tab Matsumoto scored 15 points for Southside while Kahua Hollinger added 12 for Northshore.
The Kapaa Warriors earned a 29-28 win over Wailua in a boys 14 and under game.
Elijah Phillips totaled 10 for the Warriors while Chavis Kupihea added 13 for Wailua.
Eastside edged out the Lihue Maniacs 36-33 in a boys 12 and under game as Ian Lactaotao poured in 12 points for Eastside. Cameron Largusa and Jordon Hahawai combined for 12 points for the Maniacs.
Clifton Asuncion scored 12 to lift Billy Ramos to a 56-10 win over the Westside Hornets.
