OC16 will debut “The June Jones Show” starting this Sunday, following today’s kick-off of the University of Hawai‘i football season.
Russell Shimooka will host the show that starts at 6:30 p.m. with University of Hawai‘i head football coach June Jones recapping the game including the jaw-dropping touchdowns, the heart-breaking misses and controversial calls.
“The June Jones Show” will be taped live from the rooftop at Dave & Buster’s Restaurant and will feature exclusive behind-the-scenes footage from such locations as the locker room at halftime, the practice field and team meetings.
A repeat of the 6:30 p.m. show will air at 10:30 p.m. on Sundays, followed by encore broadcasts on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday at 10:30 p.m.
Another airing will be at 8:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.
