The Hawaii Small Business Development Center Network (SBDC), Hawai‘i’s premier statewide small business technical assistance agency, with the Kaua‘i Community College Office of Continuing Education are presenting a series of World Class Sales Force training workshops to help businesses capitalize on upcoming holiday sales.
The “World Class Sales Force, Professional Sales Academy” will be held on Kaua‘i, Nov. 19-20 at the Aloha Beach Resort from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Professional Sales Managers and advanced sales personnel are the target audience for the Nov. 19 course on managing sales personnel and account.
Cost for full day training $235 includes lunch, or individual classes at $129 each.
The Nov. 20 course on telephone and management techniques is suitable for frontline sales personnel and their supervisors and managers.
Cost for fall day training $95 includes lunch, or individual classes at $55 each.
The workshops are presented by internationally acclaimed organizational development author and Master Trainer, Robin Byrne of McQuillan-Byrne, Ltd,
Byrne is a former Xerox sales executive who developed an award-winning organizational development program while at Xerox.

Attendees will receive training certificates. The Hawai’i SBDC Network is approved by the State of Hawaii Public Board of Accountancy to offer C.P.E. credits as a Continuing Professional Education sponsor.
