Women’s Billabong Pro set to begin tomorrow on Maui

The holding period for the WCT Billabong Pro at Honolua Bay on Maui begins tomorrow morning. The event’s deadline for running is Saturday, December 20. The contest is to begin on the day the judges determine if the surf is the biggest and the best.

Attempting to hold onto her lead as women’s world pro surfing champion is Keala Kennelly of Hanalei.

The event is the third and final jewel of the 2003 Women’s Vans Triple Crown of Surfing.

Daily start time is 8 a.m.
