The team of Bubby Saiki, Dylan Balisican, and Cyrus Ogawa topped the field of Kaua’i Junior golfers who closed off their 2003 season with their Annual Ho Ho Ho Golf Tournament held at the PuaKea Golf Course the weekend before Christmas.
Two strokes separated the first and second place teams, the runner-up berth being filled by the teams of Keoki Saiki, Kelan Adachi, Grant Paiste, and Justin Uegawa.in the third place team, and T.J. Kua, Byron Rualizo, Jameyia Shamia, and Shea Shimabukuro in the fourth place team, both finishing with 33.
The winning team carded 31 while the second and third place was tied at 33.
Another two strokes separated the fourth place team of Jet Levinthol, Jon Furusho, Malia Saiki, and Wiley Yoshioka who finished at 35, for a three-way tie.
Nikko Tacsiat, Kai Adachi, Kyle Furusho, and Micah Yoshioka made up the second team finishing at 35 with Lyne Morita, Tyler Costa, Rae-Lyn Morikawa, and Kelli Oride making up the third team with a 35, the teams filling in fifth and sixth place respectively.
Terra Bell, Hoku Costa, Mai’kai Laureta, and Reyn Morioka made up the first of two teams that tied at 36, this team filling in seventh place overall.
Sean Ogawa, Taylor Bell, Keilen Shigematsu, and Ryan Wong made up the second foursome that filled in eighth place.
Stephen Peeren, Cory Oride, and Laakea Warren made up the ninth place team that finished at 37.
