The Nawiliwili Yacht Club announces that the Auntie Louise Memorial Race Series will start on Thursday, Feb. 12. The five-race series is in honor of club member Auntie Louise Marston who passed away last year. Races begin at 5 p.m.
The Nawiliwili Yacht Club announces that the Auntie Louise Memorial Race Series will start on Thursday, Feb. 12.
The five-race series is in honor of club member Auntie Louise Marston who passed away last year.
Races begin at 5 p.m. at the Nawiliwili Harbor, and the public is invited to view the race from the harbor jetty as well as attending the gathering at the Nawiliwili Yacht Club clubhouse immediately following the race.
Additionally, NYC announces the start of the the Monthly Saturday Race Series beginning on Valentine’s Day, Feb. 14.
The monthly series takes place on the second Saturday of each month through November.
Races start at 10 a.m. at Nawiliwili Harbor with a skippers’ meeting starting at 9 a.m. to plan the course.
The public is invited the view the race from the harbor jetty as well as attend the post-race gathering at the NYC clubhouse immediately following the race (approx. 1 p.m.).
