The Hawai‘i State Junior Golf Association (HSJGA) is offering an 8-month USGA P.J. Boatwright Internship beginning Apr. 1.

The intern will work closely with HSJGA’s tournament director in handling tournament preparations, tournament administration, and post-tournament business as well as on-course operations on four islands. Other duties will include work-related to fundraisers, workshops and the general operations of the administrative office.
A prospective intern should demonstrate strong managerial potential and a sufficient interest in golf. The HSJGA will provide an appropriate level of orientation and ongoing training and attention.
The USGA limits the earnings of the internship to $13,500.
Not eligible for hire are former Boatwright interns, USGA employees or their relatives, USGA committee members or their relatives, as well as HSJGA and organization officials or their relatives.
