Kaua‘i’s strong real estate market has helped Donna Rice of the Century 21 All Islands Princeville office collect an unprecedented three top awards from her company’s leaders.
Rice, principal broker of the firm’s Princeville office, won the Double Centurion Producer award for sales production, the 2004 Quality Service Producer Award (she was one of just four agents in Hawai‘i to win this award) and the Centurion Honor Society Award for being a Centurion Producer five years in a row.
She is the only Century 21 agent in the state to win all three awards.
According to statistics from the Hawaii Information Service, Rice moved over $13.8 million worth of real estate in 2004, including $7.33 million worth of property in 12 transactions (average transaction of $611,107) where she represented the seller, and nearly $6.5 million worth of real estate in 12 transactions where she represented the buyer (average transaction of $539,958).
That placed her 22nd on the individual list of top real-estate professionals on Kaua‘i in 2004.
Her office, though, was at the top of the list of Kaua‘i offices in terms of 2004 sales volume, with 271 transactions worth over $185 million.
So it was no wonder that several of her office mates also won Centurion Producer awards in 2004, honors that were handed out at the Brokers Council Award Ceremony in Honolulu earlier this month.
Other Century 21 All Islands Princeville agents who won Centurion Producer awards or higher honors were Ken Kubiak, Lou Dubuque, Nancy Dubuque, Ruthie Schultz, Danette Andrews, Kim Brady, Jack Blanton and Petra Yarbrough.
Schultz (No. 5), Louis Dubuque (11), Yarbrough (15) and Andrews (20) were all on the top-20 list of top-producing real estate professionals on Kaua‘i last year.
The family of Centurion awards is a Century 21 method of recognizing the top agents in the world.
Jim Wright, president and principal broker for Century 21 All Islands, the largest franchisee with 12 offices on all four main islands, said, “We are very proud of Donna Rice. She represents the finest and highest level of client service, satisfaction, and professionalism. “Donna and her agent husband Tom Rice are very hard workers with a personal goal of 100-percent client satisfaction,” Wright said. Kubiak, vice president for Century 21 All Islands Kauai, added, “Property transactions in Hawai‘i require a high level of expertise. Donna and Tom work as a very strong team to exceed client expectations.
“Donna holds many extra credentials, such as Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realty Institute (GRI), Realtor, the highest state of Hawai‘i certification, and is also broker-in-charge of our Princeville office,” Kubiak continued.
“Donna’s clients always give her the highest accolades for quality and service.”
“The Century 21 franchise places high demands on quality and client satisfaction on all agents,” Donna Rice said.
“Our office in Princeville, under the exceptional management of Gary Petrison, is the top producing Realtor office on Kaua‘i, with combined sales and active listings in 2004 of over $122,000,000,” she said.
“Every island offers property buyers a special set of natural beauty and value,” Wright said. “Our job at Century 21 All Islands is to meet the needs of these clients, and sellers too, in a professional, thorough manner, to assure the property transfer process works for everybody.”
