Veronica “Eniang” Ramil of Puhi died on Oct. 17, 2005 at Wilcox Me-morial Hospital at the age of 78.
Born in Bacarra, Ilocos Notre, Philippines, on March 30, 1927, she retired as a field worker with Grove Farm Sugar Plantation.
She is survived by one son; Renato (Mary Jane) Ramil, two daughters; Nena (Jose) Vallejo and Vicky (Stu) Ramil, all of Honolulu; two brothers: Federico (Pacita) Galiza, Pedro (Rosita) Galiza, both of Puhi, one sister; Monica Queja of Honolulu, eight grandchildren; Randy Ramil, Gene Ramil, Ryan Ramil, Reny Ramil, Sherri Vallejo, Shaun Vallejo, Gary Glauberman, Lilia Glauberman, numerous nieces and nephews.
Services will be held on Saturday Oct. 29, at Immaculate Conception Church from 9 a.m. with Mass cel-ebrated at 11 a.m. by Fr. Bill Shan-non. Burial will follow at Kauai Memorial Gardens in Kapaia.
Arrangements are being han-dled by Kauai Memorial Gardens & Funeral Home.
