Emalia Pualeinani Licayan of Kekaha died Oct. 27, 2005, at Kauai Veterans Memorial Hospital at the age of 76.
Born May 3, 1929, on Ni’ihau, she was a homemaker.
She is survived by two sons: Patricio K. Licayan, Jr., Samuel K. Licayan, Sr.; one hanai son: Joey K. Licayan; three grandsons: Samuel, Cody and Cory Licayan; three sisters: Georgiana Haluapo, Florence Nicholas, and Loke Mawae; one brother: Sonny Niau; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Friends may visit with the family on Friday, Nov. 4, at 9 a.m. at Borthwick Kauai Mortuary Chapel in Koloa, where services will be celebrated at 1 p.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary
