HONOLULU — The Linda Lingle Campaign Committee filed its second preliminary primary report this week with the Campaign Spending Commission.
According to a release from the governor’s campaign office, the re-election chest took in $206,941.92 collected from 805 contributions from July 1 to Sept. 8. Eighty-nine percent of those contributions were from in-state.
The Republican incumbent has a total of $2,453,010.51 cash on hand from a total of $5,782,407.48 collected.
“But we’re not taking anything for granted,” Lingle said in the release. “We will continue to run a vigorous campaign talking about what our administration has achieved during the past four years and our vision for the coming years.”
