Rev. Rose Loke Koleka Keale Kaliloa of Koloa and Anahola died Oct. 2, 2006, at Wilcox Memorial Hospital at the age of 75.
Born Nov. 8, 1930, in Pu‘uwai, Ni‘ihau, she was an evangelist with Ke Akua Mana Church, bartender at the Menehune Restaurant & Bar, and a kumu at the first Punana Leo institution.
She is survived by three daughters: Rose “Loke” Dahle of Anahola, Katherine Momi Kaliloa of Hanama‘ulu, and Lorrie Lee (Kenneth “Bob) Rapozo of Wailua; five sons: Rev. Wayne (Phylis) Vidinha Sr. of Kapa‘a, Harold (Wendy) Vidinha of Puhi; Leslie “Chala” Vidinha of Kalaheo, Charles (Aloha) Kaliloa, Jr. of Kekaha and Arthur (Cissy) Kahale of Koloa; 29 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Friends may visit with the family from 9 a.m. to 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 10, at Borthwick Mortuary Chapel in Koloa where services will be held at 1 p.m. Burial to follow at Kauai Veterans Cemetery in Hanapepe.
Casual attire is suggested. Arrangements are being handled by Borthwick Kauai Mortuary.

Ceceilia Louise Rickett of Kapa‘a, died Sept. 30, 2006, at her home at the age of 44.
Born May 4, 1962, in Santa Rosa, Calif., she was a homemaker and the owner of Killer Juice Bar.
She is survived byher husband Michael Rickett of Kapa‘a; three sons: Joshua Rickett, Jimmy Rickett and Christopher Rickett, all of Kapa‘a; mother Martha Howard, San Rafael, Calif.; three sisters: Cheri (Mark) Dehnert of San Rafael, Calif., Rebecca (Brian) Van Fleet of Oceanside, Calif., and Linda (George) Parkinson of El Cajon, Calif.; five brothers: Christopher Nielson of San Rafael, Calif., Charles (Pamela) Howard of Sonoma, Calif., Brad (Tracy) Nielsen of Tustin, Calif., Steve (Deanyce) Howard of Deer Park, Wash., and Jeff (Tiffany) Howard of Elk, Wash.; many nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, Oct. 7, at Kamalani bridge area at Lydgate Park at 2 p.m.
