Those heading to Vidinha Stadium today while the Veterans Day parade is going on will only be able to get to the stadium from Kapule Highway via the service road between the stadium and soccer field.
The parade will start at ‘Eiwa Street, head down Rice Street to Ho‘olako Street and end at the Vidinha Soccer Field.
County streets along the parade route will be closed, from about 9:45 a.m. to noon, including n ‘Eiwa Street, Rice Street at the top of Haleko Street all the way to the intersection of Kapule Highway and Rice Street, as well as all feeder roads to Rice Street.
In addition, Ka‘ana Street will be closed during the parade.
Motorists will need to seek alternate routes to get to their destinations during the parade.
