The Navy League of the United States Kaua‘i Council is again offering scholarships totaling $3,000 to graduating seniors who plan on attending any two or four year accredited institution of higher learning.
This years theme is “United States Merchant Marine — Hawai‘i’s Life Line.”
A three to six page essay must be written and must be the student’s original work. Deadline for the entry is on or before Feb. 19, 2008.
All local high schools have scholarship information available.
