Kaua‘i’s state representatives will lend their ears to the community on Tuesday in a “Lawmakers Listen” event.
Lawmakers Listen is an outreach program by the House of Representatives to give residents an opportunity to ask questions and interact with House leaders and committee chairs. The legislators will ask the public to voice concerns and suggestions on issues important to them.
Attending will be local Reps. Hermina Morita, James Kunane and Roland Sagum. Joining the Kaua‘i lawmakers will be Reps. Calvin Say, House speaker; Pono Chong, vice speaker; Marcus Oshiro, Finance Committee chair; and Ryan Yamane, Tourism and Culture Committee chair.
The event will be at 6 p.m. at the Kaua‘i War Memorial Convention Hall conference room, 4191 Hardy St.
