Dr. Greg Naganuma was at the Hanamatsuri service and said this year’s Boy Scout Makahiki is coming up April 19. But there will be a new location near the gazebo at the Kaua‘i Community College. All that open air should make for a great event, and the discounts on the admission ticket more than offsets the cost.
