There will be no classes for our students. The goal of waiver days is to foster improved student achievement through continuous staff training and interaction.

Kapa‘a Middle School seeks vendors
Nov. 9, Concert Fest
The 2nd annual Concert Fest is a fundraiser for Kapa‘a Middle School chorus sponsored by the PTSA. The money raised defrays the cost of the student trip to the Heritage Music Festival in San Diego for the choir and ukulele band members. The Concert Fest is from noon to 5 p.m., Nov. 9, in the school’s covered courtyard.

Kaua‘i High School Community Council meeting

Parents, guardians, and community members are invited to attend a public meeting of Kaua‘i High School in the school’s library. A presentation of the Hawai‘i State Assessment results and Academic/Financial plan will be reviewed.

Waimea High School Internet safety
6:30 p.m., Nov. 6
Waimea High School will be having a presentation on Internet safety at the school’s band building. There will be an emphasis on cyber predators. The community is welcome and encouraged to attend.
