HONOLULU — The No. 6 University of Hawai‘i Rainbow Wahine volleyball team (23-3) will host the Western Athletic Conference Tournament for the first time this week, starting tomorrow through Sunday at the Stan Sheriff Center.
The Rainbow Wahine won their 13th consecutive WAC regular season title, but will take the No. 2 seed in the tournament. Hawai‘i tied New Mexico State for the top spot in the conference, but lost the tie-breaker due to set differential against the No. 3-seeded Idaho Vandals. Hawai‘i starts tournament play with seventh-seeded Boise State tomorrow at 7:30 p.m.
