WAILUA — County officials announced that the public information meeting on the next phase of the bike path, from Lydgate to Lihi Park, has been re-scheduled from Dec. 5 to Dec. 4.
The meeting will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. in the main pavilion at Lydgate Beach Park, a county news release states.
Information regarding various aspects of the project will be provided including:
• An update on the entire bike path
• Progress report on the Lydgate to Lihi Park phase, including the design work and construction schedule
• Review of the Wailua bridge design and construction schedule
• The presentation will be made by consultants Calvin Miyahara of KSF, Inc. and Merle Grimes of MDG, LLC.
• A Q&A session will follow the presentation.
• Anyone needing assistance or auxiliary aids should call the Department of Parks and Recreation, 241-4460, at least five business days before the meeting.
